My favorite kind of cafe to visit with a friend: simple, pretty, with good drinks & cakes, at a not terribly expensive price. If I was going to get into the cafe business, I think Coffee Siktak would be my dream cafe. There are actually two locations of Coffee Siktak, however the Yeonnam one is…… Continue reading 커피식탁 | Coffee Siktak
A tiny dessert place that serves various kinds of tarts? In a neighborhood I frequent? The only way I’d love this place more was if they hired me~ Le Nanan is on a not-too-busy street on the not-very-happenin’ side of Hongdae Station. It’s actually next door to a really great pasta place (Bada Pasta), and…… Continue reading 르낫농 | Le Nanan

Across from Ewha University’s front gate, Soho is a tiny little shop offering the basic styles (miso, shio, shoyu) of Japanese ramen and a few other dishes. The place…… Continue reading 소오 라면 | Soho Ramen
I have zero idea what the name of this place has to do with anything, but it’s a cute place to stop at if you’re around City Hall. And their panini + fruit ade lunch set is very tasty!
I’m a total dessert person and am especially partial to American-style cakes & pies. So this place is pretty much perfect.
