A cozy little cafe that offers sandwiches and salads, as well as a little section of homemade breads, jams, and books.
I love cafes that are tucked away in little alleys. (This one even has a couple parking spots.)
Cafe Sandpark is kind of like a casual tearoom. They serve sandwiches, salads, and so many different drinks. It’s the kind of place you can go for brunch on the weekends, or to meet a friend during the week.
I’m pretty easy to please. Ham, cheese, and pesto is always a winner. This is the kind of food I would make at home all the time, if cheese and pesto wasn’t so expensive here… The side salad was nice too, since I should probably eat more vegetables.
Sometimes there are menus that label their drinks differently from the norm (chocolate latte = hot chocolate is a common one). So I wasn’t exactly sure why they call it a “cream mocha” until after I saw the mountain of whipped cream on top. It was wonderful~
They were playing some jazz-only radio station, which I liked for studying (not too many power outlets though). I visited on a weekday afternoon and there was hardly anyone, but it might get more crowded on weekends. The relaxed atmosphere would make it a nice place to spend some time alone or meet up with friends.
